Espresso House
From inspiration to production, I craft platform-specific content that resonates with Espresso House’s audience.
What i did
As the main content planner and producer, I coordinated monthly content in Monday.com, creating 3–4 TikTok posts and 4 Instagram posts per week.
My work included researching and curating inspirational material to adapt for Espresso House, writing both post captions and visual copy, and planning productions across different cafés in Stockholm. I produced content through mobile filming, coordinating with actors or filming myself and the inhouse team, and edited all photos and video material to ensure it matched the brand’s tone and aesthetic.

Process
Each month, I planned content tailored to the two platforms. TikTok content focused on playful, engaging storytelling to drive reach and interaction, while Instagram posts emphasized a clean, visually appealing aesthetic that aligned with the brand’s established style.
I worked closely with the customer and team daily to align content with brand expectations, adapting trends and inspirations in a way that felt authentic to Espresso House’s voice. After each campaign, I analyzed KPIs such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and reach rate to assess performance and inform upcoming production planning.

Impact / Outcome
Through consistent content planning and production, Espresso House was able to maintain a strong, recognizable presence on both platforms. TikTok posts successfully captured a playful, engaging tone, while Instagram remained visually cohesive and aesthetically clean. My work allowed the team and client to operate efficiently, ensured brand-aligned content across platforms, and provided actionable insights through KPI reporting to optimize future campaigns.
